Visionary, eccentric, creative-genius, billionaire- all these words and more describe Bill Gates, and to a much lesser degree they also describe Travis (especially the billionaire part). His hobbies include conference calls, playing racquetball, getting slaughtered at the occasional video game, and attempting to be a health nut by eating organic - with his favorite drink being Izze.

Travis is the co-founder of Raffstar, driving it from the creation stage, and spearheading it to it's current development. He has worked with charities for several years and has been looking for new ways to get the support they desperately need. He is the passion and the heart of Raffstar.

David Perini (pronounced Day-vid Per-ee-nee)

Italian by blood; eccentric artist by choice. Hired for his first design gig at age 15, Dave has been creating more-or-less passable layouts for over a decade.  He now opines on the state of the web and charges for it under the guise of "consulting." When not working feverishly to launch new features for Raffstar, Dave studies filmmaking in New York City.

David is the creative director for Raffstar, ensuring that all the visual elements of the site work together seemlessly.  Prior to joining our team, he has worked with multiple web startups and design agencies across the US and is now shifting gears to focus on the marketing and media needs of international outreach initiatives.

April Beaver (pronounced A-prill Bee-vur)

Raised in beautiful Colorado, forced to live in Oklahoma when she got married, April is an avid book reader and video game addict. This one time high school math teacher, turned into stressed-out, caffeine-addicted computer programmer is now the person to blame for any programming problems Raffstar has. If it doesn't work she is the ONLY one to blame! Well that last statement may not be entirely true, and April really isn't stressed-out or caffeine-addicted, but all else is true, scout's honor.

Nathan Dahm (pronounced NA-than Dom)

Nathan is our resident brainiac. His hobbies include reading books, magazines, periodicals, newspapers, warning labels, instruction manuals, and even closed captioning on tvs. Younger brother to Travis, some have said the easiest way to tell them apart is the fact that Nathan is the smart one, while Travis is the good-looking one; although the former statement has never been disputed, the latter often is.

Nathan comes to the Raffstar team with a background in advertising and marketing with experience in the film industry and having worked as a television producer. He is also the writing force behind Raffstar.  So if you think his sentences are too long, do us a favor and let him know.

David McKenzie (pronounced Dave-id MAC-Kin-zee)

David is the designated old geezer of the group with a wife and three kids. He co-founded Raffstar, and is currently residing in Africa.  And if you were wondering, no he didn't move to Africa because he got an email from someone claiming to have $150 million in a secret bank account. He moved to start an orphanage in Uganda.

David combines his knowledge for running an orphanage with his wisdom in business, to provide us with common-sense business advice and the hands-on experience of what charity's need.
