   so i live in Forida and it's telling me you can not ship to Florida...then why let me sign up if i can't even play to win......so why can't it be shipped to Florida?

   The biggest hiccup is your state requires us to "register" ever prize we are offering to any person in that state and do it so many days prior to the start  of the giveaway (usually 30 days).  For most "traditional giveaways" that is fine because they do one a or two prizes a year, but for us when we have 20 at a time and are adding new ones everyday it makes it nearly impossible for us to register our prizes especially 30 days in advance.  The reason we still allow you to create an account is because we feel in the future we will at least be able to offer you limited prizes that we have advance knowledge of and can register them with the state.  So that is why we can not ship to Florida.  Let me know if this helps you understand a little better?
