Posts: 6I think it's ridiculous that you keep changing your FAQ to push back the shipping time. It said 10 days, then it said 3-4 weeks, now it says 4-6 weeks.
We fully appreciate all of your concerns and desires to receive your prizes quickly. To be clear, we have only updated the FAQ once, from 10 days to 4-6 weeks, after realizing that the stated turnaround was much too quick for our suppliers to ship out the products. By providing a variety of products on Raffstar, we unfortunately are often caught in the middle during shipping delays and other vendor-specific issues that we have no control over.
That being said, let me reassure you, we have shipped over 90 prizes since our launch -- and this while still in 'Beta' and paying for the prizes out of pocket rather than via advertising revenue. Our small-but-dedicated team is working hard to meet and surpass reliable, consistent levels of service.
Your patience and understanding goes a long way, and we thank you for it!

4-6 weeks for something free is great IMO. I suppose anytime someone gets something faster will be cool.

Posts: 1Sweet I got my prize today! $25 Gift Card to Chili's! It's also good at Macaroni Grill, On the Border, and Maggiano's! Thanks so much guys. It was worth the 2 month wait. I'll be sure to take pics with it when I take my girlfriend out for a dinner
