Where is my prize?

   I won the Itunes gift card on Jan 6th, and I'm still waiting, but your FAQ (http://www.raffstar.com/faq/#timeframe) does say 3-4 weeks so I'll be patient.

   FAQ's have been updated prior to this they stated 10-15 business days.  Here is the issue -- because of christmas and new years we lost about 4 to 6 business days.  Prizes are being shipped out now.  Thanks for the patience

   What does it mean, when it says, ON ORDER, i won the xbox, back in Dec, and all it says is on order?

    It means that we are waiting for confirmation from the distributor that it has been shipped.  Once it has the status will change and you will get a tracking number.   Travis

   Finally got shipping notification.

    

   I won Jan 6th

   Shipped Febuary 11th

    

   so that's 5 weeks and a day to ship the prize. 

    

    

   I think it's ridiculous that you keep changing your FAQ to push back the shipping time. It said 10 days, then it said 3-4 weeks, now it says 4-6 weeks.
