Where is my prize?

   Hi, I am just asking for a status update on my claimed prize. It has been 10 days since I claimed it and the site still shows it is "processing."

   Because of the holidays our distributors are a little behind schedule prizes should be going out this week or early next week at the latest.  Thanks for supporting Raffstar!

   I won the Itunes gift card on Jan 6th, and I'm still waiting, but your FAQ (http://www.raffstar.com/faq/#timeframe) does say 3-4 weeks so I'll be patient.

   i won the Coach Bag on 12/20 and tomorrow is 1/20, it's been a month and it still says processing :\

   Mine still hasn't been shipped too. It was supposed to ship last week I was told. =/ Sorry for being impatient but it's hard not to think it won't be shipped at all.

    

   johnrb85, I think that FAQ has been changed. It says you are supposed to contact them 10 days after winning if the prize hasn't been shipped.
