Posts: 15I and quite a few other people are getting frusterated because we keep seeing the same names show up in the top ten.Ok that is all thank you for adressing the problem. -

Posts: 5The main reason that the same people show up repeatedly is because they literally draw a ticket every possible hour or day. This significantly increases their odds over those who just grab a few tickets a day or week. The main issue with this is that many people just do not have the time to visit the site every hour or day. I think that one of the suggestions I had made in another topic about the Standard Giveaway could help more. As for the speed giveaways, there really isn't much that can be done. As long as there are people with no lives, there will be people grabbing tickets every possible hour they get. I had originally considered suggesting ways to increase your odds, such as commenting and rating, but I think it would be too easy to game. -

We will be increasing the amount of Standard Giveaways on the site so people that don't get tickets as often still have good odds of winning! Plus like I have said we have a new feature coming soon that will make everyone very happy!

Posts: 20There still could always just be a max number of tickets you could get a day. Like no more than 12 tickets a day. Still only once every 24 hours. But once you have your 12 or some other number your done for the day. That would keep people from getting so many more than other people... There is always going to be someone with more or less tickets. But this would keep that gap from getting so huge. -

Posts: 2what's the purpose of the top 10 i just got in the top 10 for one of of the giveaways for the first time yet i don't get the purpose of it i didn't win some other person did so why is there a top 10 to begin with?

Posts: 9If you are in the top 10 you have a better chance of winning the prize. Since we place a time limit on claiming the prize, there are many times that the first person on the top 10 list does not actually win the prize because they fail to claim it in the allotted time. When you are in the top 10, we send out an email so that you can be ready to claim the prize if the people above you don't claim it. For the All-Member Giveaway couple of weeks ago, we actually made it to the 23rd person in line before someone claimed the prize. -

Posts: 2do you mean that someone in the top 10 like the 7th person if they are watching the giveaway and are there when it ends they can claim the prize before the 1st person or do you mean there is a time limit like say 1 hour and if the first person doesn't claim it then the 2nd person has a chance if they don't claim it within an hour then it goes down the 3rd and so on? because i didn't see any information about this in the faq or how to play and if all i have to do is be there at the end and claim it before anyone else then i would have been there waiting for when the giveaway ended instead of seeing the email like 4 hours later and finding out i missed my opportunity
