Prize still has not shipped...

   Same story here. I won the X-Men/Wolverine DVD on 08/22, it's now 12/14 and haven't received prize! Also, I sent an email with no response given. Wondering if I'm wasting my time on this site.

   I've sent numerous emails with no response.  Am frustrated along with ya chuckkling!

   Stay with it and you'll be rewarded. It took almost 4 months but I eventually received my prize.

   It's not so much the wait as itis the complete disregard of responding to emails. I had a question...ANSWER IT! Not hard. Clickty click then hit enter button.

   I agree!  Why doesn't Raffstar respond to inquiries?

   I deeply apologize for both the silence on Raffstar's end and the delay in receiving your prizes. Both issues are simply unacceptable for a strong, active online service and our team will be actively addressing these issues internally over the next two weeks.  I can personally promise that future inquiries regarding prize status will be responded to promptly as of today.

   Thank you for being patient thus far -- I will post an update on our blog as soon as we reach a solution.

   Still haven't gotten any acknowledgement of my numerous inquires about my prize won on 10/19.

    I won an $25 iTunes... in Oct.. still processing. I would like to give Raffstar the benefit of the doubt. We'll see if we get any progress on this issue. I would really like to think they are on the up and up..
