Posts: 20I haven't had any issues with the times they have been picking. I am glad its not all one time anymore or that one that ended at midnight. Which they said was a mistake. -

Posts: 1I actually emailed Raffstar about this issue. I live in Hawaii and the 12 p.m. EST close times are killer because that would require claiming a prize at 6-7 a.m. HST. I know we (people in Hawaii) are probably a tiny percentage of users on Raffstar, but I feel like we're at a distinct disadvantage because of the time zone difference. -

Posts: 51I prefer the ticket-based drawings, that way it's more of a surprise and nobody gets left out unfairly since nobody knows. OK, I suppose it does give favor to the most populated time-zones since the higher demand is more likely to end the drawing, but it's definitive than somebody saying X O'clock. -
