New York Addresses

   Unfortunately, due to strict regulations within your state, we are unable to ship prizes to any New York address used in your account.  However, any family or friends that have address's in non restricted states are able to participate.  We hope that you will be able to join in the fun sometime in the near future.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  It is out of our control so take it up with your state legislature.

   Can you tell us exactly what legislation is the problem so I can write a letter to my assemblyman and state senator. Not that I think it will change anything, but It will make me feel a little better.

   What a bummer that NY State residents can't participate. Maybe you should set something up at the registration page explaining that (ex. after you type in a NY State zip code, instead of saying OK!, it could say "Ineligible" and provide a link explaining why NYers can't participate) so us folks in states that can't play don't go through the process of registering, getting the email confirmation, clicking back, sifting through to find an item and then getting told that we can't participate. Would definitely be more user friendly that way.

   How come in all drawings, Florida and Rhode Island is not restricted, how come only New York?

   All three states are currently restricted do to strict regulations.  Hopefully that answers your questions.   Travis
