   Are people in the same household allowed to have their own individual accounts or is that considered multiple accounts?

   For most contests it's one per household. Other wise there could be 5 people in the house but only one of hen actually doing the contest. But for here seems as long as you can provide a name you can have as many accounts as bodies.

   I really think this is a recipe for disaster, many sites limit one per household because of this very concern, can somebody please give the official word on this?

   Please address this important issue, I don't want somebody's cat getting a prize and ruining the credibility of the site.

   Currently the limit is one account per person, regardless of household, to encourage participation among family members, co-workers, and apartment neighbors.  However, we routinely check the number and quality of accounts originating from the same IP address (and other points of similarity) and investigate members suspected of using multiple accounts.
