Just a quick note, the blockbuster banner ad, (not all banner ads on the blockbuster giftcard, the ads on any item ADVERTISING blockbuster) is displaying wrong. I've only seen it twice, but both times the ad was very small and had most of the content cut off, and the remainder of the page was about two banners of the page lower than usual. Don't want the advertisers getting mad that their ad is getting cut off, or it could just be Safari 4.0.3 on Snow Leopard.

Your CAPTCHA system needs some serious tweaking as I got a CAPTCHA on nearly every ticket. I understand the necessity to police cheating and don't have a problem with it, but please do some real testing next time.

Hi, I just posted a comment on the papercrafts magazine and a dialog box popped up, the title was "www.raffstar.com" and the text said "got here."

I later posted another comment on the applebees card because I wanted to test if this behavior was normal, but I didn't get one...but both comments seem visible.

This is a low priority bug, if even a bug at all, so don't worry about this too much, just reporting what I see.

OK, I get tickets on numerous items, but the Best Buy one now doesn't load completely, the comments, the ranking and the rest of the right part of the site doesn't load. The button itself loads, but when clicked it gives an error window instead of a CAPTCHA one may expect to see in the extra layer. Said window states "The requested document was not found on this server." This was seen on Safari and IE 8 on different computers, same account, though.

I know Chrome is still a Beta, but I would like for it to still be supported.
It looks like this:

http://img23.imageshack.us/img23/5882/sidebarproblem.png

I feel stupid for having done this, but I am sure somebody else must have done it too.

You hit post reply at the top of the thread to create a reply to a thread...makes sense, but after you've typed your reply the "post reply" button is still there looking like the thing you should hit instead of the "submit" button hiding below the text entry field; I think this is a usability issue that may confuse some users. Sure, it's obvious what you are actually supposed to do after you hit it, but by then it's too late and you feel silly as you re-type your reply.

Tell me somebody else did this too.

Quite often while grabbing more tickets for prizes, I get an alert telling me that I have a prize open in another window when I don't even have another window or tab open. I don't know if this is a common issue, or if it is just me. I use Firefox, version 3.0.5 .

Is the random ticket number generator for winning tickets set for 0-99 or what??? Every prize showing as given away in the last 6 days has a ticket number below 100...

Highly unlikely without there being a coding error given the average prize had 2000 tickets - so a 1/20 chance the first time, 1/400 the second time (that it would happen twice in a row) and how we're in the tens or hundreds of thousands to 1 against that occuring.

Travis7AC

Well as many of you noticed last night we found ourselves locking our users out of their account accidently. We updated the site but indivertible forgot to update the links so that the login was accessing our test server. That’s why it said that your accounts couldn’t be found. This is all part of the Beta testing phase, we appreciate your patience. Keep getting tickets and enjoy the site!

Nathan

- The Raffstar Team
