Some of you might have noticed a few problems with the leaderboard in our most recent giveaway for the Bath & Body Works gift card. We’ve once again experienced a minor glitch during beta testing, but rest assured that all is well and we are working to fix the glitch! Despite the leaderboard names and numbers changing a few times- mswagner4’s ticket was drawn first and he did claim it in time. We are working fervishely as soon as we are notified of even the slightest glitch you might experience, so make sure and keep those comments flying our direction. It doesn’t matter how small you think the problem is, we still want to know!

Thank you all for continuing to help us during beta testing so that we can make raffstar.com even better. And congratulations to mswagner4 on winning our most recent giveaway. And best of luck to you all in future giveaways.

This is one for the history books people- Rachel of Maryland is officially the first ever winner of a Raffstar giveaway- having won the $25 Cinemark giftcard with lucky ticket number 129. Congratulations Rachel we hope you thoroughly enjoy your prize!

Now for the serious part: although Rachel will have a special place in our hearts as our first winner, we must be realistic and realize that there are many, many more people about to follow in her footsteps. Why, this week alone we will have a new winner EVERY day! Who knows whose name could be on the leaderboard along with Rachel? Could it be yours?

Well as many of you noticed, last night we found ourselves accidentally locking our users out of their accounts.  We updated the site but forgot to update the links so that the login was accessing our test server. That’s why it said that your accounts couldn’t be found.  This is all part of the Beta testing phase, and we appreciate your patience.  Fortunately, no ones account was actually deleted and the problem is now fixed, so keep getting tickets and enjoy the site!
